Eligible youth, who enroll in the program, may be able to participate in some of the following services. Each Individual Service Plan is unique to an individual youth’s needs, and is completed 1 on 1 with a Transitions Coordinator.

School & Community Task Force
Seeking 9-12 volunteers willing to work on a county-wide effort to promote and support the value of public education as a means to increase the publics interest in the future of education in Wayne County separate from levy and political campaigns. Volunteers should be action oriented, have and interest in education, have proven leadership within the community and have knowledge or skills with school policy, data acquisition systems, grant writing, corporate business, foundations, investment and community service.
